Technical Support Analyst (Zárate)

Bilingual Technical Support AnalystInvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 60 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education and technology. To support our continuous growth we are looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Analyst to join our team. ResponsibilitiesSome of the role's responsibilities include providing technical and functional support to clients worldwide through different channels such as email, tickets, and remote sessions (Teamviewer/Zoom/etc), checking clients' configurations, suggesting improvements and best practices to maximize the platform's efficiency, and working closely with the development and customer success teams to troubleshoot issues. Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Enjoy working with clients, providing top-level support
- Think analytically
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience in technical support for software and/or infrastructure
- Tech‑savvy
