Job Description We're hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our growing lifecycle team to help design, build, and optimize lifecycle messaging programs across the customer journey. This role translates lifecycle opportunities into scalable campaigns, behavior-triggered messaging, and structured experiments that improve activation, engagement, retention, and expansion. You’ll work closely with product, design, copy, data, and marketing partners to launch messaging that helps customers succeed with doola. This is a hands‑on role for someone comfortable building campaigns inside lifecycle platforms and owning execution from concept through launch and iteration.

Key Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle campaigns from concept through development, QA, deployment, and optimization Build and manage campaigns in Customer.io across email and additional lifecycle channels such as SMS and WhatsApp
- Identify lifecycle messaging opportunities across the customer journey
- Design and execute behavior-triggered lifecycle messaging programs
- Partner closely with the lifecycle copywriter and design team to develop clear, effective messaging
- Run structured lifecycle experiments to improve activation and engagement performance
- Analyze campaign results and translate insights into follow‑up improvements
