Senior Technical Product Manager (Neuquén)

Senior Technical Product Manager – Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join one of our ongoing squads. This role focuses on building scalable and efficient data products that support analytical workflows and enterprise data delivery across our client’s Analytics. You will be responsible for managing the full data product lifecycle—from ideation to delivery—working closely with data engineers, analysts, QA, business stakeholders, and other product teams to ensure high‑quality data solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of data products, working with cross‑functional teams including data engineering, QA, technology and business strategy.
- Translate business needs into data requirements with a strong focus on data workflows, scalability, and performance.
- Own the data product backlog, prioritizing features, technical tasks and improvements based on business value, effort and dependencies.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure accurate understanding of data structure, source systems and integration logic.
- Actively manage sprint planning, stand‑ups and retrospectives in an agile development environment.
- Ensure that data quality, documentation, lineage and governance standards are upheld.
- Identify opportunities to automate data workflows and reduce failure points across the data lifecycle.
- Communicate product status, risks and decisions to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Skills and Competencies
- Hands‑on experience with SQL and ability to query and analyze large datasets across relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB) databases.
- Strong track record of working with data engineers and navigating complex data infrastructure to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.
- Experience in agile methodologies and leading sprint planning, stand‑ups and retrospectives to drive iterative product development.
- Effective communicator who bridges technical and non‑technical stakeholders, fostering alignment across product, engineering, QA and business teams.
- Results‑oriented and uses metrics and client feedback to prioritize work, evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in the finance industry with understanding of data quality, timeliness and regulatory alignment.
- Proactive team member who promotes automation, scalability and operational efficiency throughout the data product lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Interest in exploring AI systems and willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use. Benefits
