About the job Become part of our team as an HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Manager (for non-manufacturing roles) within our Franke Foodservice Systems Division. In this role, you will report to the HR Manager Mexico Operations and work in close collaboration with our local plant HR team, HR and business leaders in the United States, as well as with our Global HR team.

You will play a pivotal role in building a new non-manufacturing business community in San Luis Potosí from the ground up, working alongside our established plant operations while being fully embedded within the existing HR organization. Serving as the primary HR interface for non-manufacturing leadership, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to support business growth and organizational effectiveness.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Build-Up (Primary focus for the first 24 Months)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for US-relocated, integral, and LATAM commercial roles
