Creative Strategist (Performance) (San Justo)

We're looking for a Creative Strategist with strong experience developing high-performing ad creative, a performance mindset and a sense of how brand, content and creative drive measurable growth.
You'll lead paid acquisition and creative strategy, working closely with designers, editors and copywriters to turn ideas into campaigns that convert.
You'll use AI tools and performance data to scale creative output and inform every decision.
