Lead Software Engineer, AdTech (San Justo)

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer, AdTech to contribute to building a dual-screen television platform in the Media & Entertainment space, with an emphasis on scalable ad delivery and smooth integration of modern advertising standards. The initiative is currently in its early product development phase and requires validation and optimization.

Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture and execution of scalable ad-serving components tailored for dual-screen TV platforms
- Implement and uphold compliance with evolving VAST, VMAP and SSAI standards to guarantee smooth ad insertion and playback
- Work closely with a compact agile team of 3 to 5 engineers and interact regularly with client managers to align technical solutions with business goals
- Lead performance tuning and refactoring initiatives to improve system reliability and throughput under demanding load conditions
- Handle multiple concurrent development tasks while preserving high standards of code quality and documentation
- Offer technical leadership and mentorship across the team, cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Assess and adopt emerging technologies to expand platform capabilities and sustain competitive advantage

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience architecting and scaling high-throughput ad tech systems processing more than 100 million daily requests
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising protocols such as OpenRTB, VAST and VMAP, together with SSAI in CTV/OTT environments
- Skilled in at least one performance-critical language like Go, Java, C++ or Rust, with emphasis on hot-path optimization
- Experience working with major SSP, DSP or ad server/ad exchange platforms, showcasing cross-functional expertise in modern programmatic ecosystems
- Ability to tackle complex technical challenges in a startup-style environment that demands rapid iteration, refactoring and system validation
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
