Lead the design team supporting clients on website updates, internal collateral, and insight decks.
Present work to clients, ensure flawless output, and drive brand consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design team in executing a high volume of assets with strict brand guidelines.Design and oversee production of website updates, internal collateral, marketing materials, and digital assets.Create high‐level presentations and insight decks in PowerPoint.Collaborate with project managers to maintain efficient workflows and meet deadlines.Act as the lead creative voice on client calls, presenting work and consulting on design strategy.Present storyboards and concepts in client meetings, explaining creative decisions.Translate complex client requests into clear visual solutions aligned with strategy.Mentor junior designers, providing art direction and feedback to elevate studio output.Ensure consistency in style, typography, and visual elements across all projects.What this Job isClient‐Facing & Vocal: active in calls, meetings, and front‐and‐center with clients.Leadership Driven: anchor for the team, providing quality control and mentorship.High Volume & Fast‐Paced: manage multiple assets, switching rapidly between tasks.What this Job isn'tSilent Execution: no hidden behind a monitor.Slow‐paced: always ready to shift gears instantly.What We Are Looking ForArticulate, persuasive, and professional communication skills.Ability to command a room or Zoom call and build rapport with clients.Adaptability: follow brand guidelines while being creative.Microsoft 365 Mastery: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.Meticulousness: attention to detail in layout and typography.Qualifications & Experience5+ years of professional graphic design experience.Experience leading or mentoring a team of designers.Experience with large retail clients or high‐volume asset production is a plus.Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft 365 – expert in PowerPoint, Word, Excel.Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
