This positionis responsible forone or more Agile Release Trains for the company's programs and/or solutions, including PI Planning preparation and leadership, Scrum team mentoring and management, and the delivery of committed development efforts on time for every PI.This position may interface withone or more of the following:Software Engineering, Software & Hardware Quality Assurance, Product Management, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Engineering Management, External Compliance Auditors, NPI Operations, Customer Service and Support, FieldService,andDirectCustomer Interaction.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience managing technical development teams.Experience in product development or business analysis with extensive cross-functional exposure is preferred.Experience in distributed and multicultural team management.Understanding how to manage multiple small development teams or one medium-sized development team, with associated risks and resource responsibilities.Exceptional verbal and written communications and presentation skills.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.Personal commitment to quality and on-schedule delivery.Expertise in establishing and meeting milestones and deadlines.Be versatile, flexible, and proactive when resolving technical issues.Proven ability to drive conflict resolution.Fluency in English.ResponsibilitiesSupport and drive actions post-initiation on solutions from design/requirement analysis through delivery, taking ownership after initial discussion and scoping.Support Engineering Teams and/or a Release Train, and work with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and integrate solutions with business operating processes as needed, working across product groups and geographies.Facilitate and drive PI Planning, execution, and tracking.Ensure Product Management has provided clear product and solution specifications, and drive gap analysis and work content estimating.Provide hands-on Scrum team mentoring and coaching for Agile methodology for continuous improvement in estimating, sprint planning, and velocity.Actively manage planned and committed deliverables.Host standard Scrum Ceremonies: Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Retrospective.Provide value-added services through a coaching, value-added approach.Assist in the identification and management of risks, dependencies, and blockers for the Scrum team.Leverage knowledge of project management to identify potential risks and mitigation approaches to keep program development on track, escalating as needed.Collect and report program flow measurement and other metrics as required.We offerUS and EU projects based on advanced technologies.Competitive compensation based on skills and experience.Regular performance appraisals to support your growth.Flexibility in workspace, either remote, our welcoming office or local coworking.Bonuses for recommendations of new employees.Bonuses for article writing, public talks, other activities.15 vacation days, 10 national holidays, 10 sick leaves.Personalized learning program tailored to your interests and skill development.Free tech webinars and meetups organized by Svitla.Fun corporate online\offline celebrations and activities.Awesome team, friendly and supportive community!
