Our mission is to help people preserve and enhance their natural beauty through innovative products and meaningful brand experiences.We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to continuously improve the performance of our Shopify store.
The adecuado candidate is highly data-driven and experienced in running A/B tests, analyzing user behavior, and optimizing the customer journey to increase conversion rate and revenue.ResponsibilitiesPlan, run, and analyze A/B tests across key parts of the store such as product pages, headlines, product copy, checkout flows, offers, bundles, add‐to‐cart buttons, page layouts, and UX flows.Optimize product page structure to maximize conversion rate and revenue per visitor.Improve store speed, performance, and overall user experience.Develop data-driven hypotheses and turn them into actionable CRO experiments.Interpret test results and implement winning variations.Monitor conversion metrics daily and identify opportunities for improvement.Ensure a seamless mobile shopping experience (priority).
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to validate assumptions and improve performance.Requirements3–5+ years of CRO experience for e-commerce brands.Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and buyer psychology.Experience optimizing layouts, headlines, product copy, checkout flows, offer structures, site speed, and performance.Ability to interpret analytics from GA4, heatmaps, and user recordings.Data-driven, organized, and able to work independently.Available 5 days per week for ongoing optimization work.Nice to HaveExperience working with beauty, skincare, or wellness brands.Experience with post-purchase upsells and LTV optimization funnels.Experience collaborating with creative strategists and performance marketers.Strong understanding of high-con
