You will be the company's \"idea factory\": your task is to design the strategy and messaging that our Content Creators will transform into video content.ResponsibilitiesConstant ideation of new formats for organic channels (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and creative angles for paid advertising campaignsScripting the structure for video ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), defining Hook, Beat, and PayoffContinuous research to anticipate trends and maintain a competitive advantageDeveloping multiple variations of each idea to test message effectiveness and optimize conversions (A/B testing)Working in synergy with the marketing team, content creators, and performance marketers to align creative output with business goalsWho we are looking forAbility to analyze ad metrics and use results to constantly improve contentStrong result orientation and a desire to see your ideas translate into real enrollment volumesFluent English and an open mindset toward international marketsPrevious experience (even junior) with UGC formats or in B2C / EdTech sectors (Nice-to-have)What we offerStrategic role with a direct impact on the international growth of a leading e-learning scale-upDynamic and meritocratic environment where speed of execution and data-driven creativity are rewardedContinuous training on the industry's most advanced direct response copywriting and advertising strategies
