We are looking for a Lead Cloud Sales Advisor to join our mission of protecting the digital world. The Lead Cloud Sales Advisor is a player‑coach role responsible for leading and developing Cloud Services Advisors across North America and Latin America. The role focuses primarily on people leadership, coaching, and sales execution quality, while maintaining a limited personal pipeline to stay close to the market. This position is idóneo for senior sales professionals stepping into formal leadership without moving away from customer‑facing work. What You'll Do
- People Leadership & Coaching (Primary Focus)
- Lead, coach, and support Cloud Services Advisors across NAM and LATAM.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and deal reviews focused on:
- Discovery quality
- Value‑based selling
- Deal progression and closing effectiveness
- Own onboarding and ramp‑up for new team members as their day‑to‑day leader.
- Provide continuous feedback, guidance, and development support.
- Partner closely with the Sales Manager to identify skill gaps, enablement needs, performance patterns, and execution consistency.
- Be accountable for how the team sells and develops, not just individual results.
Sales Execution (Approx. 30%)
- Manage a limited personal pipeline, primarily covering complex or strategic opportunities.
- Support priority accounts and segments as needed.
- Join customer calls to:
- Support Cloud Services Advisors on complex deals
- Model best‑practice sales behaviors
Maintain close alignment with the market to remain an effective sales leader.Regional & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Drive consistent, high‑quality sales execution through coaching and example.
