Job Summary We are hiring a VP of Automation Engineering to act as the foundational technical leader and strategic partner to the CEO. This is a hands‑on executive role where you will architect and scale automation systems, build internal products, and lead a high‑performing engineering team. You will operate in an AI‑first environment, where tools like Claude Code are part of daily development workflows—not optional add‑ons.

Key Responsibilities
- Automation Architecture & Infrastructure
- Own and scale end‑to‑end automation systems using n8n and API integrations
- Architect orchestration layers for complex, multi‑client environments
- Build resilient systems with monitoring, alerting, and self‑healing capabilities
- Integrate tools like Clay, CRMs, and outbound platforms into a unified infrastructure
- Product Development
- Build internal and client‑facing products using Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frameworks
