Product Owner & Solution Design (Venado Tuerto)

The Product & Solution Design role is responsible for identifying real business problems and transforming them into scalable, high-impact digital solutions. This position combines strategic consulting, product ownership, solution design, and automation thinking to help clients optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate business outcomes. This is not a traditional Product Manager role. We are looking for a hybrid profile capable of understanding complex business contexts, leading discovery processes, and designing end-to-end solutions that may include digital products, automations, and AI-powered capabilities. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, this role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate ambiguity into structured initiatives and actionable product strategies. Responsibilities Lead discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business context, pain points, and opportunities. Transform ambiguous or complex problems into clear product and solution definitions. Design end-to-end digital solutions combining platforms, automations, workflows, and AI capabilities when relevant. Define and manage product backlogs aligned with business priorities and user needs. Write clear and testable user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation. Act as Product Owner within cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between product vision and execution. Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and co-creation activities with technical and business stakeholders. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities that generate measurable business impact. Collaborate closely with developers, designers, BAs, and technical teams to unblock execution and provide strategic direction. Present solutions, product initiatives, and recommendations to client stakeholders, including leadership teams. Promote the use of AI tools and modern methodologies to accelerate discovery, documentation, and solution design processes. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role within digital products or technology solutions. Strong ability to interact directly with clients, ask the right questions, and deeply understand business problems before proposing solutions. Proven experience designing end-to-end digital solutions, including functional architecture, workflows, and automation opportunities. Experience in consulting, solution design, pre-sales, or strategic product environments. Ability to create clear and structured functional documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications, and workflows. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including presentations, workshops, and product demos. Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams. Advanced English level (C1). Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. High level of ownership, autonomy, and adaptability in fast-changing environments. Familiarity with AI tools and practical use cases to improve productivity, ideation, research, and documentation processes. Nice to Have Experience in process analysis and operational improvement initiatives. Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar tools. Experience working in industries such as insurance, banking, logistics, travel, professional services, or technology. Knowledge of AI-driven workflows, AI-assisted product discovery, or intelligent automation initiatives.
