We are Shkola, an international online school with a proprietary teaching methodology. We provide high-quality primary and secondary education to children all over the world. With over 6 years in the market and a growing community of 1,000+ active students, we are now expanding our sales team. We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager who is fluent in English and Spanish.
Work Schedule (Mexico City Time
- CST/CDT): 5/2 (Monday?Friday) from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. (Please check the time difference with your local time zone before applying).

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming inquiries and maintain the company?s client database.
- Provide personalized consultations to parents and students regarding our educational programs.
- Schedule trial lessons and guide clients through the entire process until the sale is closed.
- Maintain accurate records and update interaction history in the CRM.
Candidate Profile:
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales (experience in EdTech, online education, or digital products is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal skills and the ability to persuade and engage.
- Sales Techniques: Deep understanding of the sales funnel and expert-level objection handling.
- Goal-Oriented: A drive to achieve results and a desire for high earnings.

- Personal computer or laptop.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection.
