Work Type: Remote (Flexible Schedule, EST/CST Overlap Required) Employment Type: Full Time Industry: Financial Services Employment Type: Full Time About the Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our finance team and support a diverse portfolio of US-based, venture-backed and growth-stage clients. This role is designed for a finance professional with 3–5 years of experience who is ready for high-ownership, client-facing analytical work at a fast-moving outsourced finance firm. You will work directly alongside our Finance Managers to build and maintain financial models, prepare monthly reporting packages, and deliver the analysis that helps founders and executive teams make better decisions. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a strict requirement for this position. Financial Modeling: Build and maintain client financial models, including updates to assumptions, drivers, and scenario analyses under the direction of the Finance Manager. Budget-to-Actual Reporting: Prepare monthly reporting packages with variance analysis and commentary, tailored to executive, board, and investor audiences. KPI & Dashboard Tracking: Maintain KPI frameworks and reporting dashboards for each client, ensuring metrics are accurate, current, and clearly presented. Ad Hoc Analysis: Execute analytical requests to support client business decisions — unit economics, cohort analysis, commission modeling, and similar workstreams. Cross-Team Coordination: Partner with the accounting team to ensure the chart of accounts and underlying data are structured to produce clean, reliable FP&A; outputs. ? Mandatory Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) Experience: 3–8 years of FP&A; experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or multi-client environment. Financial Modeling: Proficient in Excel with demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and audit three-statement models and scenario analyses. Analytical Thinking: Ability to go beyond the numbers — identifying drivers, surfacing variances, and communicating findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Accounting Fluency: Working understanding of accounting standards and core accounting principles as they relate to forecasting and financial statement modeling. Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills; ability to summarize complex analysis for executive and investor audiences. Language: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
