About the Role We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to own the product – what gets built, why it gets built, and whether it delivered value. This role sits at the center of our product operations, balancing long-term strategy with hands‑on execution delivered proactively and with excellence. The Product Manager will own and drive the product roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with business priorities and deliver measurable value. You will work cross‑functionally to shape front‑end experiences, manage internal applications, launch new reporting dashboards, improve data ingestion workflows, and lead agile product practices. What You'll Do Roadmap & Agile Leadership
- Develop, own, and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with company goals and stakeholder priorities in ClickUp.
- Drive quarterly roadmap reviews; surface blockers and scope risks.
- Define and track product success metrics, using data to measure/report on impact and guide decisions.
- Prioritize using value-based criteria like impact, reach, frequency, effort.
- Communicate roadmap status in concise reports on a defined cadence. Backlog Ownership
- Own backlog content: user stories, acceptance criteria, order, and definition of done.
- Write developer‑ready tickets before sprint assignment: story, context, acceptance criteria, edge cases, performance expectations.
- Resolve readiness issues before sprint planning closes; escalated unresolved disputes.
- Document every carryover task with a reason and a clean close date. Request Intake & Discovery
- Review requests for completeness and resolve gaps including problem, business goal, user impact, & success metric.
- Proactively conduct stakeholder interviews to synthesize requirements.
- Maintain request intake process so no request falls through the cracks. Quality & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Write acceptance criteria (AC) covering happy path, edge cases, and error states.
- Review AC with the assigned developer in advance of sprint.
- Own UAT for your product area: write test plans, coordinate testers, sign off on release readiness. Sprint Reporting
- Publish Sprint Release Notes after every release for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Author Sprint Executive Report with launched task impacts and rollover task rationale.
- Identify blockers immediately and escape if a blocker is unresolved after 24 hours. Product Knowledge & Expertise
- Develop working knowledge of every product, tool, and system in your area of ownership within your first 90 days.
- Demonstrate curiosity and walk every user‑facing flow yourself, read ticket history and past sprint reports, and ask thoughtful questions about how processes work.
- Run every meeting with written agenda and clearly document decisions/action items with named owners and due dates. Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally working with SaaS products, growth platforms, or internal tools.
- Experienced working within and leading Agile/Scrum environments (CSM, PSPO, or similar certifications are a plus).
- Experienced in managing a backlog in Jira, ClickUp, Linear, or equivalent and understand what sprint‑ready means in practice.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing product roadmaps and prioritizing work based on business value and impact.
- Experience in legal tech, lead generation, or performance marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Omni, Retool, Salesforce, or similar internal tooling platforms a plus. Benefits
- Uncapped quarterly profit‑sharing bonuses based on company performance.
- 100% company‑paid monthly premiums for Fortune 500 level quality insurance plans for you and any/all dependents (US based employees): Medical (Aetna), Dental (Guardian), Vision (Guardian).
