Position OverviewAs a Sales Representative at Pearson, you will play a crucial role in promoting our educational products and services.Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, maintain strong relationships, and drive sales growth.This position requires a proactive and customer-focused approach, as well as a keen interest in staying informed about educational trends.As a Sales Representative, the role is pivotal in shaping the future market direction within the education sub-vertical.To provide valuable insights into market trends and contribute to the success of educational products and services.Duties & ResponsibilitiesConsultant Performance Review: Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs)Provide guidance and support to customer as well as consultant teams.Training and Skill Enhancement: attend training sessions with the Consultancy team to enhance skills and product knowledge.Educate sales personnel on Aramis and Lab Series philosophy.Sales Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales events.Ensure staff deliver professional service and maintain product knowledge.Remote Work and Travel.Represent Pearson during client visits and industry events.Create a pipeline for the Field Education Sales Representative.Sales Governance: Manage the end-to-end sales governance process.Raise awareness of strategic opportunities across the organization.QualificationsEducation Background: A background in sales and education is preferred.
