Senior Technical Product Manager – Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join one of our ongoing squads.
This role focuses on building scalable and efficient data products that support analytical workflows and enterprise data delivery across our client's Analytics.Skills and CompetenciesHands‐on experience with SQL and comfortable querying and analyzing large datasets across relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB) databases.Strong track record of working with data engineers to navigate complex data infrastructure and deliver scalable, high‐quality solutions.Experienced in agile methodologies; leading sprint planning, stand‐ups, and retrospectives.Effective communicator bridging technical and non‐technical stakeholders, fostering alignment across product, engineering, QA, and business teams.Results‐oriented, using metrics and client feedback to prioritize work, evaluate impact, and drive continuous improvement.Experience in the finance industry with an understanding of data quality, timeliness, and regulatory alignment.Proactive team member who promotes automation, scalability, and operational efficiency throughout the data product lifecycle.Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can improve processes.Interest in exploring AI systems and willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of data products, collaborating with cross‐functional teams including data engineering, QA, technology, and business strategy.Translate business needs into data requirements, focusing on data workflows, scalability, and performance.Own the data product backlog, prioritizing features, technical tasks, and improvements based on business value, effort, and dependencies.Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure accurate understanding of data structure, source systems, and integration logic.Actively manage sprint planning, stand‐ups, and retrospectives in an agile development environment.Ensure that data quality, documentation, lineage, and governance standards are upheld.Identify opportunities to automate data workflows and reduce failure points across the data lifecycle.Communicate product status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders promptly and clearly.What do we offer?
