Business Development Manager (BDM)Responsible for managing the daily execution of the business development strategy, plans, and processes to drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives.Key responsibilities include:Identify market trends and potential customers.Ensure timely and market-standard quotations to customers.Maintain knowledge of the company's products and competitor offerings.Apply appropriate skills and techniques to create consistency in sales performance.Develop and maintain business relationships with customers or potential customers.Identify and develop new business, generate new sales, and expand the business of existing accounts.Build upon and maintain Ocasa Life Sciences' existing customer base through customer service excellence, frequent client interaction, and technical expertise.Identify new market trends or work with clients to create new trends to expand the scope of services provided.Know in depth the activities of clients and their structure to guarantee adequate services.Monitor client pipelines and track them consistently in the CRM, providing timely reports on activities, expenses, operations, and forecast data to senior management.Identify and nurture strategic relationships with partners or potential customers.Assist in developing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
