Senior Business Architect (Villa Gobernador Galvez), Gobernador Gálvez

We are seeking a Business Architect with mid‐level experience to help define and connect business capabilities, processes, and data needs to enterprise strategic goals.
This role supports the alignment of business priorities with the data and analytics capabilities required to drive informed decision‐making and measurable business value.The idóneo candidate will work across departments including Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Marine, Finance, and Guest Experience to map business capabilities, value streams, end‐to‐end processes, and data dependencies.This role partners closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and ETL teams to translate operational needs into clear business requirements, conceptual models, and analytics priorities.The Business Architect will also contribute to process standardization, cross‐functional alignment, and the broader enterprise analytics roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and maintenance of business architecture frameworks that align strategic objectives with operational and analytics capabilities.Map value streams, business capabilities, end‐to‐end processes, data dependencies, and integration points across key functional areas.Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand goals, priorities, and pain points, and translate them into structured business requirements.Collaborate with Data Architects, ETL teams, analysts, and business teams to connect business capabilities with technical and data requirements.Help define conceptual business models, process flows, and capability maps that support enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives.Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and data consistency across departments.Contribute to the development of the enterprise analytics roadmap by identifying capability gaps, dependencies, and business priorities.Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and discussions to align cross‐functional stakeholders on business needs and future‐state solutions.Support the documentation of business architecture artifacts, operating models, process maps, and business requirements.Help ensure data products, reporting models, and analytics solutions reflect real business processes and operational requirements.Communicate complex business and data concepts in a clear, business‐friendly way for a wide range of stakeholders.Promote alignment between strategic planning, business operations, and analytics initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, process improvement, or enterprise transformation roles.Experience with business architecture, value stream mapping, capability modeling, and operating model design.Strong understanding of cross‐functional business processes and how departments interact across an enterprise environment.Ability to translate strategic objectives into business, analytics, and data requirements.Experience collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams to support solution planning and delivery.Strong documentation, facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills.Familiarity with data governance, domain modeling, and enterprise KPI frameworks.Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively to non‐technical audiences.Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.Familiarity with process modeling tools, business capability frameworks, or enterprise architecture methods.Exposure to industries with complex operational workflows and cross‐functional dependencies.Experience facilitating cross‐functional workshops and future‐state process design sessions.Understanding of reporting, metrics, and business performance management practices.
