The company has built a strong presence through performance marketing, customer retention, and operational excellence, and is now entering its next stage of structured growth.
Their environment is highly data-driven and optimization-focused, with a strong emphasis on scalability, efficiency, testing, and performance across all marketing channels.ResponsibilitiesOversee paid media performance across Meta, Google, and other acquisition channelsManage and optimize lifecycle marketing performance across email and SMSLead forecasting, revenue planning, and performance analysis across all marketing initiativesOwn and monitor core business metrics including:ROASMERCACConversion RateRetention metricsTraffic efficiencyBuild and maintain structured weekly optimization processes across channelsAnalyze customer journey and traffic flow to improve conversion and retention performanceOversee deployment of product launches, promotional calendars, and seasonal campaignsIntroduce and manage structured A/B testing initiatives across:OffersLanding pagesCreativeMessagingProvide QA oversight on creative, copy, messaging, and overall brand alignmentManage marketing vendors, agencies, freelancers, and external partnersCollaborate cross-functionally with creative, ecommerce, operations, and leadership teamsOversee secondary channels such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, affiliate programs, and influencer initiatives at a strategic levelEnsure marketing operations remain highly organized, data-driven, and scalableQualificationsProven experience scaling 7–8 figure DTC ecommerce brandsStrong forecasting and performance analytics backgroundDeep understanding of DTC growth dynamics:Traffic acquisitionConversion optimizationRetentionExperience owning performance metrics such as ROAS, MER, CAC, and contribution marginStrong operational and analytical mindsetExperience managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and external vendorsStrong understanding of paid media ecosystems (Meta + Google)Experience overseeing email/SMS lifecycle marketingStrong knowledge of structured testing and optimization frameworksAbility to balance analytical decision-making with marketing intuition and brand alignmentComfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsStrong communication and leadership skillsNice to HaveExperience in apparel, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle DTC brandsAgency growth strategist backgroundExperience with Amazon or TikTok Shop ecosystemsExperience scaling subscription or retention-heavy ecommerce businessesStrong familiarity with attribution models and ecommerce analytics platformsAI workflow familiarity for creative testing, reporting, or operational efficiencyIdeal Candidate ProfileExtremely KPI and metrics drivenLoves optimization, experimentation, and testingHighly analytical and operationally organizedStrong ownership mentalityComfortable making decisions based on dataUnderstands how to scale DTC brands without losing operational efficiencyCan think strategically while staying execution-focused
