The team is led by experienced founders with backgrounds at Meta, Google, and Scale AI.This is a product engineering role, not research.
You'll build AI agents that ship, scale, and are used by real customers.About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on AI Product Engineer who can own features end-to-end: frontend, backend, and AI logic.You will build AI agents inside real products, not demos — working closely with the CTO and founders to design, implement, and iterate quickly.What You'll DoBuild AI-powered product features using React (frontend) and Django (backend)Implement LLM-based agents that perform real business workflowsDesign and maintain RAG pipelines (retrieval, chunking, embeddings, evaluation)Integrate third-party APIs, web scraping, and internal data sourcesMake pragmatic technical decisions in a fast-moving startup environmentMust-Have Requirements6+ years total engineering experience4+ years of professional experience as a software / product engineer2+ years working with LLMs, AI agents, or generative AI systemsStrong hands-on experience with React (frontend) and Django (backend)Proven experience building AI agents or LLM-powered features used in productionSolid understanding of RAG systems, including:Retrieval quality tradeoffsChunking strategiesHallucination risks and mitigationComfortable working without heavy frameworks or abstractionsAble to explain technical decisions clearly, concretely, and conciselyStartup mindset: moves fast, owns outcomes, and shipsExperience with Pinecone, pgvector, or similar vector databasesWeb scraping, data ingestion pipelines, or third-party API integrationsPrior experience in marketing, SEO, or growth-related products
