We are looking for a senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud functional analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will act as a strategic and functional reference, bridging the gap between complex business needs and powerful marketing automation solutions.

Responsibilities
Act as the ultimate functional reference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, guiding both internal teams and clients.
Lead discovery sessions, gather business requirements, and translate complex business needs into functional solutions, user stories, and technical alignment.
Create high-quality functional documentation, process workflows, business rules, and mapping specifications.
Support the design and definition of sophisticated customer journeys, advanced segmentations, automation flows, and communication strategies.
Partner closely with technical teams (developers and architects) to ensure flawless implementation alignment.
Actively participate in sprint refinements, prioritization sessions, and delivery tracking.
Validate delivered solutions, supporting functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Proactively identify risks, process gaps, and opportunities for optimization within the platform.
Conduct alignment meetings, workshops, and presentations for clients and key business stakeholders.
Support governance strategies and advocate for platform best practices across teams.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record working extensively with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar advisory role.
Deep functional knowledge of Marketing Cloud studios and builders (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Contact Counts, etc.).
Ability to act as a trusted advisor to the client, challenging assumptions and proposing best-fit solutions.
Solid experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a highly organized approach to work.
Proven ability to manage multiple demands and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience or familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP).
Experience with CRM, customer lifecycle, relationship marketing strategies, and core Salesforce ecosystem integrations.
Background working in consulting firms or large-scale enterprise projects.
Knowledge of data modeling, SQL queries for audience segmentation, or AMPScript.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Consultant, or Email Specialist certifications.
