We are seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This role focuses on engineering execution and enablement, ensuring seamless integration of AI tools into development workflows and scaling their use across teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign AI-powered solutions integrated into SDLC workflows, including requirements, development, testing, and CI/CDBuild backend services and integrations for LLM-based tooling within engineering environmentsDevelop prototypes and implement production-grade AI-assisted automationIntegrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines, code review processes, and testing frameworksIdentify impactful SDLC use cases for AI enablementEstablish best practices for AI-assisted developmentSupport engineering teams in adopting AI tools with hands‐on guidanceDefine guardrails for secure and responsible AI usageMeasure and report the impact of AI adoption on cycle time, quality, and productivityRequirements3+ years of engineering experience with Python, with additional experience in Java or Node.js as a bonusExperience integrating external APIs, including AI/LLM servicesSolid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExpertise in microservices architecture combined with familiarity with Docker and KubernetesExperience implementing production‐grade services with scalability, monitoring, and loggingPractical experience with LLM APIs and prompt designStrong understanding of end‐to‐end SDLC processes and improving developer productivity through toolingAbility to drive adoption of new technical practices and translate AI capabilities into engineering improvementsStrong communication skills and ability to lead demos, workshops, and internal technical sessionsAdvanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)Nice to haveChange management skillsWe offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with integral teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealth... #J-*****-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.ar/empleo/qjxcp
