Working as part of a cross functional team, you deliver the RDQ activities required to complete Packaging Design and Packaging Deployment for Innovation/Growth projects and productivity projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.

**How you will contribute**

With the support and guidance of a manager, you will organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You will plan and conduct activities to generate appropriate packaging information, using sampling and supplier management, and pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements. In this role, you will plan and conduct process development activities (e.g. packaging design and specifications, packaging scale up, commissioning etc.) and help with planning and the effective use of resources, including the use of external agencies. You will also create technical reports, which will require your skills in analysis and interpretation of results that will lead to conclusions and recommendations; create and maintain accurate packaging specifications; and create intellectual property to drive our competitive advantage.

**What you need to know about this position**: Como Packaging Development & Engineering Developer trabajarás en el equipo regional de R&D;, ejecutando actividades dentro de packaging, y trabajando de manera transversal dentro de las categorías de productos (conectando con desarrollo de productos, cadena de suministro, marketing, desarrollo de procesos, investigación de consumidores, etc.)

**Tus principales tareas incluirán**:

- Dar soporte en la ejecución de proyectos de acuerdo con los requisitos de RDQ, marketing y manufactura.
- Planificar y llevar a cabo actividades para generar información de Packaging.
- Planificar y llevar a cabo actividades de desarrollo de procesos (por ejemplo, diseño y especificaciones de empaque, ampliación de escala de empaque, puesta en servicio, etc.) y ayudar con la planificación y el uso efectivo de los recursos.
- Crear informes técnicos, analizando e interpretando resultados que conducirán a conclusiones y recomendaciones.

**Job specific requirements**: Graduado o estudiante avanzado de Ingeniería (en materiales, Química, industrial, entre otras)

+2 años de experiência en Packaging, Calidad, R&D;,

Experiência en industria de consumo masivo (deseable)

Dominio avanzado del idioma ingles

Dominio avanzado de Paquete Office

Conocimiento en SAP (deseable)

Habilidades de trabajo en equipo

**Work schedule**: Esquema híbrido, Lunes a Viernes 9 hs to 18 hs
