As a Senior Full‐Stack Engineer, you will be a core member of a small, fully autonomous, "mini‐startup" squad.
Your squad will own a specific product domain end‐to‐end—from brainstorming the initial user experience to fast‐paced prototyping, shipping, and tackling complex production challenges.You will leverage advanced AI agents daily to supercharge your output.
By using AI to rapidly build prototypes, write boilerplate, and architect complex microservices (Java/Spring Boot) and user interfaces (Angular), you will free yourself up to focus on what really matters: solving real customer problems and delivering measurable business outcomes.What You'll DoOwn the Product Journey: Operate with a true builder mindset.
Work tightly with your small squad to deeply understand user needs and guide product direction.Design, implement, and ship end‐to‐end product features, ensuring high quality and rapid delivery.Use AI tools such as LLMs to accelerate development, generate boilerplate, and optimize code architecture.Coordinate with cross‐functional teams to integrate new functionalities into existing platforms.QualificationsStrong experience in full‐stack development with Java/Spring Boot and Angular.Proficiency in building microservice architectures and working with APIs.Ability to work autonomously in a small, high‐velocity team environment.Experience with AI or machine‐learning tools is a plus.Excellent communication skills and a product‐focused mindset.
