- On-site reduced childcare Responsibilities This position is responsible for providing weatherization services as directed by the Crew Chief with an emphasis on installing insulation. Skills

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to unload and unpack boxes, move and store materials

- The employee may have unsupervised access to children, both at the clients' homes and at the Weatherization Department office
- The noise level in the work environment can be very loud
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required (e.g., ear protection, vision protection, use of respirator, etc.) Education and Experience High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience required. Desired Characteristics
- Bilingual English-Spanish communication is an asset
- Technical school or college degree is an asset
