Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python & React (Santa Fe), Santa Fe Capital

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to drive Treasury technology initiatives, focusing on applications for wire transfer processing and global bank account management.
This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, compliance and operational reliability in business‐critical Treasury operations, with expanded responsibilities in system refactoring and redesign.ResponsibilitiesSupport Treasury technology initiatives for wire transfer processing and integral bank account managementRefactor and redesign critical systems while maintaining stability and uptime for Treasury operationsEnsure accuracy, compliance and operational reliability in all developed applicationsLead system design across microservices, database modeling and API designArchitect solutions for resiliency, compliance and auditability in Treasury/payment platformsCollaborate with global teams and participate in code reviews and peer learningCommit to test automation, including robust unit and manual integration testingWork within agile teams on complex, high‐stakes applicationsGuide refactoring and redesign initiatives on critical financial systemsRequirements3+ years' experience with Python, FastAPI, ReactExperience with PostgreSQL, SQL and basic data analysisProficiency in DockerKnowledge of test automation, robust unit and manual integration testingExperience in agile teams on complex, high‐stakes applicationsCollaborative mindset with commitment to code reviews and peer learningComfort working with global teamsFamiliarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and ConfluenceFamiliarity with AWS services including S3 buckets, Lambda, AWS AKS and CloudWatchNice to haveExperience with GitHub Actions, Jira?
