Principal Systems Engineer (Santa Fe), Santa Fe Capital

Seeking a motivated Principal Systems Engineer – M365 to join our global team.
This role is responsible for the strategy, adoption, and operational management of the Microsoft 365 platform, with a strong focus on maximizing business value across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
Own and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Copilot)
Drive adoption of M365 Copilot and modern collaboration tools
Lead clear, end-user focused communication for M365 changes and updates
Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance
Partner with business and IT to deliver M365 solutions aligned to needs
Establish standards, documentation, and best practices
Act as escalation point for complex issues and mentor team members
Track usage and adoption to drive continuous improvement
Skills
Strong communication and ability to simplify technical concepts
Proven ability to drive adoption and change at scale
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge and Experience
Deep experience with Microsoft 365 platform
Hands‐on experience with M365 Copilot or similar tools
Experience driving enterprise adoption initiatives
Strong understanding of M365 security and governance
8–10+ years in large, general environments
Education
B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred
