Many associates have progressed into leadership roles, reflecting our commitment to professional growth and mentorship.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations, including X‐rays, impressions, and photographs.Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.Install and adjust orthodontic appliances such as braces, retainers, and clear aligners.Monitor patient progress throughout treatment and make necessary adjustments.Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post‐treatment care.Collaborate with other dental professionals, including general dentists and oral surgeons, to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment when necessary.Stay up‐to‐date on the latest advancements in orthodontic technology and techniques through continuing education and professional development.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience throughout the orthodontic journey.RequirementsDoctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.Board certification in orthodontics.Valid state dental license in good standing (or willingness to obtain).
