Power Bi Engineer (San Miguel de Tucumán)

SvitlaSystems Inc. is looking for aPower BIEngineerfora full-time position (40 hoursper week) in Argentina and Colombia. Our client isanautomotive performance company. Requirements: University degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Power BI development and administration; experience with Fabric preferred. Examples of Power BI development work are requested. Strong knowledge of SQL on cloud services such as Snowflake or Azure. Ability to make data-driven decisions in uncertain environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively to stakeholders. Nice to have: An understanding of data manipulation and visualization tools, such as Python Experience with SIOP key performance indicators, GitHub, and/or Power Automate would be a differentiator, but is not required. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that power business decision-making across the organization using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Develop robust data pipelines, transformations, and semantic models to ensure accuracy, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Partner with Data Engineering and IT teams to ensure data sources are reliable, well-structured, and optimized for analytics performance. Lead initiatives to enhance data storage, organization, and utilization to drive sales growth and optimize inventory management. Respond to ad hoc data requests and conduct in-depth analyses to support business needs. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of system data, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed. Be a key member of special projects, including SOX compliance and ITIL reporting, exploratory data analysis, and process improvement efforts.
