We're hunting for someone who can read a Meta Ads Manager dashboard at 9am, spot the hook that's tanking CTR, write a brief by noon, and ship a winning variant by EOD. You think in CPM, ROAS, hook rate, and hold rate. You understand AI creative tools and know how to leverage them to ship cinematic ad concepts.
