Responsible for ensuring accurate & timely filing of direct and indirect tax returns, managing cross‐border reporting, and maintaining rigorous internal controls to mitigate regional fiscal risks. Acts as a liaison between local finance teams and corporate leadership, monitoring legislative changes and optimizing the company's regional tax posture while managing external audits.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a high‐performing LATAM Tax Compliance team, setting clear priorities, goals, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.Own end‐to‐end tax compliance across multiple LATAM jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate filings for direct and indirect taxes (VAT, WHT, CIT, and local taxes).
