SaaS Talent Partner (San Miguel de Tucumán)

OverviewWe are hiring a Talent Partner to lead sourcing and placement efforts across multiple industries. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, conducting 80–100 candidate interviews monthly and filling 3–5 roles per month. You’ll work closely with U.S.-based hiring managers and Latin American candidates in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Success in this role
- Filling 2–5 positions monthly within the first 3–6 months
- Building a steady pipeline of Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs)
- Managing multiple clients, candidates, and time zones while maintaining responsiveness

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview 80–100 candidates monthly using LinkedIn, ATS, and outbound methods
- Align with CTOs and hiring managers on role requirements, market trends, and candidate progress
- Manage multiple roles and schedules across U.S. and LATAM time zones
- Identify and market MPCs for new opportunities
- Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and candidates

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of meeting monthly placement targets
- You must have personally recruited 50+ software engineers, AI or technical roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Fluent English (C1 or C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work 9–5 EST with occasional flexibility for nights/weekends

- Experience in a recruitment agency setting
- Prior experience with U.S. clients
- Familiarity with innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies

Compensation & Logistics
- Full-time, remote role based in Latin America
- OTE: $34,000/year (Base + Commissions)
