Data & AI Lead (San Miguel de Tucumán) (Argentina)

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Data & AI Lead to guide the technical development and execution of our Artificial Intelligence and Data projects. You will act as our primary technical authority, translating client business needs into robust architectures, supporting presales, managing key tech partnerships (Microsoft, OpenAI), and leading the engineering team in delivering high‑impact solutions. Core Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead the end‑to‑end technical execution of Data & AI projects, guiding them seamlessly from Proof of Concept (POC) to production.
- Architecture & Strategy: Design secure, scalable architectures and define reusable frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Tech Presales: Act as the main technical point of contact during client discovery, effort estimation, and the design of value propositions.
- Team & Alliance Management: Mentor a multidisciplinary team (Data & ML Engineers) and manage strategic technical alliances to leverage partner ecosystems.

Required Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related technical field.
- Overall Tech Experience: 6+ years of hands‑on experience in Software/Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI development.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of proven experience strictly as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Engineering Manager, successfully taking complex Data/AI projects to production.
- Client‑Facing / Presales: Demonstrable experience interacting directly with clients, managing stakeholders, and supporting technical presales processes.
- Languages: Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish.

Required Technical Capabilities
- Data Engineering: Deep expertise in designing and building scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and Data Lakes.
