The Role We are seeking a Contract Full Stack Cloud Engineer based in Argentina to help maintain, evolve, and scale the MeBeBot platform. This is a hands-on, senior-level role for an engineer who is comfortable owning delivery and production reliability during the contract term. You will work closely with a US–based leadership and product team while collaborating asynchronously with a distributed engineering group. Good written and verbal English communication skills are important for success in this role, however your co-workers will be native Spanish speakers. You will work across a modern, cloud-native stack that includes Azure Functions, ASP.NET Core services, Node/Express APIs, and React-based frontends. You'll contribute to architectural decisions and help ensure our Azure environments remain secure, observable, and reliable. What You'll Do Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack features across backend and frontend systems. Maintain and enhance backend services and APIs using ASP.NET Core, Node.js/Express, and Python (Azure Functions). Develop and maintain frontend applications using React, Next.js, and Vite. Build and support serverless Azure Functions and orchestration workflows. Operate and improve admin and customer-facing web portals. Support and release SharePoint SPFx extensions. Design and maintain data models using SQL Server / Azure SQL and ORMs (Entity Framework preferred). Collaborate on AI-powered features, including agent-based workflows and LLM-enabled capabilities. Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines across . NET, Node, and Python services. Monitor production workloads, respond to incidents, and improve observability and reliability. Manage Azure resources including Function Apps, App Services, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and Application Insights. Apply DevSecOps and security best practices, including secrets management and environment configuration discipline. Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making. Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer on cloud-based SaaS platforms. Backend expertise in . NET / ASP.NET Core (C#). Experience with Node.js/Express and/or Python services. Frontend experience with React (Next.js preferred). Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including serverless and App Services. Strong experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL. Experience with ORMs, preferably Entity Framework. Experience designing and maintaining APIs and integrations. Experience with modern CI/CD and DevOps practices. Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and production operations. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Nice to Have Experience with Azure AI services, Azure Functions, or App Service architectures. Experience with LLMs, chatbots, or AI-assisted workflows. Familiarity with semantic search, embeddings, or agent-based systems. Experience with SharePoint SPFx and Microsoft ecosystem integrations. Observability, SRE, or reliability engineering experience.
