LATAM SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERBuild an Agentic Operating System for Marketing. We are hiring our fourth founding engineer—a senior individual contributor who writes production code daily, ships across the full stack, and brings senior-level engineering judgment to every decision.We're a small engineering team shipping a complex AI-native product, and we rely heavily on AI coding tools to move fast. We're looking for someone who codes as we do: with senior-level engineering judgment, leveraging AI, and comfort owning the stack end-to-end.WHAT YOU'LL OWNShip features across the full stack in TypeScript, Next.js, and React, with a lean backendIntegrate and extend AI frameworks like LangChain and Mastra, and build production workflows on Claude and OpenAI APIsOwn DevOps end-to-end, including Git, GitHub Actions, Docker, CI/CD, and basic system design for scale (there is no dedicated DevOps hire)Use modern AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as daily leverage, reading every diff, rejecting bad suggestions, and writing the hard parts yourselfDrop into unfamiliar or messy code, form hypotheses quickly, and improve themHelp define engineering standards and architecture decisions as one of the first four engineersMUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS5+ years as a hands-on software engineer—not \"at a tech company\" but as an individual contributor writing production code dailyFluent with TypeScript, Next.js, and React. The entire stack is TS first and you should be comfortable shipping features across the full stack on day one (backend lean preferred)Familiarity with AI frameworks and best practices like LangChain or Mastra, and comfort using Claude and OpenAI in productionStrong DevOps chops: must know Git, GitHub Actions, Docker, CI/CD best practices, and basic system design for scale (no dedicated DevOps person on the team)Power user of modern AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
