Software Support Analyst (Contrato Temporal) (San Miguel de …, San Miguel de Tucumán

**The Work You'll Do**: This is a great role for folks who have a technical background but want to take that next step in their career. This role offers the ability to learn new and complex problem-solving hacks all while working on a team of all-stars that are there to help you out whenever you need it.

**More specifically you will**:

- Assist clients with data file imports as well as the creation of custom reports of their information
- Provide training and guidance to clients as well as internal staff for our products and services
- Troubleshoot the creation and modification of more complex client tax forms (NOTE: tax industry background is not required)
- Interact and help with clients, internal and external regarding their issues including status updates, training, and issue resolution
- Assist other members of team with client outreach projects.

**What We Need From You**
- Advanced level of English (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and actively manage tasks to completion
- High comfort level using Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Great team player who is passionate about technology and helping others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
