As an Accounts Payable Intern, reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will collaborate in the management of supplier accounts promptly.

You will work 4 days at home and 1 day at the office based at our office in Martinez. This is a paid internship.

You will:
- Park and post invoices for raw materials, goods and services, freight, with manual or electronic POs
- Respond to external or internal suppliers by phone or email
- Scan of invoices, applicable only to countries where documentation is sent by email
- Work integrated and collaboratively with the GFS streams
- Fill and organize documentation
- Perform other tasks inherent to the sector requested by the immediate supervisor

Requeriments
- 0
- 1 years of experience in similar positions
- Initial university student in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics
- Proficiency in Office System
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Experience with SAP (desirable)
