This is a key role within the supply chain function, responsible for coordinating shipments, documentation, compliance, and stakeholder communication across local and international markets. Key Responsibilities Coordinating daily logistics operations, including vessel schedules, container and transport bookings, and shipment tracking. Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with market regulation. Liaising with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and support marketers/clients with logistics queries. Monitoring costs, tracking invoices, and providing forecasts to support planning and budgeting. Managing shipping claims and ensuring timely resolution. Qualifications Grade 12. (A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will strengthen your application) Minimum 3–5 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders and client.
