Marketing Assistant (Content, Digital And Events) (Santa Fe)

We're looking for a hands-on, creative, and results-driven Marketing Assistant to help grow brand awareness and pipeline across multiple channels. This is a high-impact, hybrid role combining content creation, digital marketing, and event marketing/management. You'll work closely with marketing leadership to execute campaigns, produce high-quality content, and drive engagement across social media, email, PR, and events. Primary Responsibilities Content Creation & Thought Leadership Create high-quality content including blog posts, white papers, and case studies aligned with brand positioning and tone of voice Translate product updates and customer stories into compelling marketing assets Develop sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, and battlecards Collaborate with product, sales, and customer teams to identify content opportunities Social Media & Digital Marketing Own and grow the company's social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns and product launches Analyze performance and continuously optimize engagement and reach Support broader digital campaigns to drive traffic and brand awareness PR & Brand Visibility Support public relations efforts by drafting and distributing press releases for key announcements and milestones Identify and submit relevant industry awards and recognitions to increase visibility and credibility Contribute to positioning the company as a thought leader through PR and media outreach Email Marketing & Campaigns Plan and execute email campaigns and newsletters, including product updates and partner communications Manage audience segmentation and campaign performance tracking Continuously test and optimize messaging, subject lines, and formats Events & Field Marketing Lead the execution of trade shows, conferences, and sponsored events Coordinate logistics, messaging, and on-site presence Support pre- and post-event campaigns to maximize ROI Collaborate with sales teams on lead follow-up and activation Brand & Growth Work closely with marketing leadership to execute brand and demand generation strategies Identify new opportunities to increase visibility and generate leadsEnsure consistency of messaging across all channels 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, tech, or event-driven environments Strong writing skills with experience creating both long-form and short-form content Proven experience managing social media and email marketing campaigns Familiarity with event marketing and trade show execution Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance, optimization, and continuous improvement Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to thrive in a growing company Nice to Have Experience in AI, SaaS, or multilingual communication environments Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms Experience working with global or multilingual audiences What We Offer Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays: 20 PTO days per year, national holidays based on the country of residence, and 1 Volunteering Day Off.
