Associate Manager, Supply Planning (San Isidro)

About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for leading Non‐Finished Goods planning activities, ensuring material availability while optimizing inventory levels and supporting business priorities through effective collaboration with cross‐functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Non‐Finished Goods planning team for the Southern Cone.Liaise with the Supply Planning Manager & Procurement to develop inventory/safety stock strategies.Proactively communicate and elevate potential supply issues (e.g., supply risks and recommended solutions) to the Supply Planning Manager and cross‐functional team.Lead local XF meetings with the broader team, ensuring issues are timely and properly escalated.Act as guardian of the materials' inventory health to ensure service and avoid unintended excess.Perform proactive analysis of MOQs and vendors' supply chains to uncover continuous improvement opportunities, resulting in working capital reductions across the end‐to‐end supply.Accountable for Non‐Finished Goods inventory KPIs and projections.Accountable for Non‐Finished Goods write‐off KPI and accruals.Track expirations and transitions to avoid P&L impacts.Apply knowledge of supply planning processes and tools to train and support the team.Ensure adherence of each NFG planner to their daily responsibilities.Establish and promote NFG team best practices and improvement processes.Target actions and priorities to align with business strategies, solve gaps and advance decisions that affect service or cost.Serve as backup for leadership roles in the Northern Cluster.Required Experience & QualificationsEducation: Engineering or Business Administration.Minimum of 2 years' experience in Supply Planning.Demonstrated ability to analyze all types of data and present results effectively.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP R3/APO/Kinaxis.English level: High Intermediate or Advanced.Teamwork: Trustful leader who balances team and individual responsibilities, fostering group commitments to goals and objectives.Planning/Organizing: Prioritizes and plans work activities, sets goals and objectives to help the team achieve them.Systemic thinker: Anticipates issues and needs; builds repeatable processes rather than one‐off solutions.Bridges maker: Strong capabilities to connect to other functions and improve end‐to‐end processes.Job RequirementsFull‐time.
