Senior Product Designer (San Isidro)

Role OverviewCollaborate with team members at all levels to identify and solve problems across DuckDuckGo's current product offering, while pioneering new solutions for the privacy layer on the Internet.
Lead highly impactful projects through ideation, design, prototyping, user testing, and launch, delivering high‐quality experiences to millions of users.ResponsibilitiesIdentify product opportunities and problems, propose high‐impact solutions, and own end‐to‐end delivery.Use design tools to create and communicate visual and interaction concepts, mockups, prototypes, and rationale.Collaborate transparently with cross‐functional stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, and success metrics.Advise on and influence design decisions, sharing knowledge with peers and stakeholders.Support product testing, iterate based on qualitative and quantitative data, and drive continuous improvement.Qualifications6+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years in senior‐level design positions at significant consumer brands.Proficiency in managing complex projects from proposal through release.Strong visual, interaction, and prototype skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale.Experience applying research, experimentation, and data‐driven insights to inform design decisions.Ability to navigate ambiguity, propose innovative solutions, and execute with a focus on measurable impact.Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring or guiding junior designers.Commitment to DuckDuckGo's ethical, privacy‐by‐design philosophy.Equal OpportunityDuckDuckGo provides equal work opportunities to all team members and applicants and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, religious or national origin, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, or other characteristics protected by applicable law.
