What You'll Do In this role, you will be responsible for: Assist attorneys and case managers in reviewing and assessing the merits of clients' Personal Injury claims by organizing, reviewing, and summarizing records, documents, and evidence to support early case evaluation and valuation Support the development of claims from intake through resolution by gathering documentation, summarizing liability and damages, and ensuring complete, accurate case files prior to demand Prepare and organize demand packages, including medical summaries, billing summaries, liability documentation, and supporting evidence to maximize claim value and facilitate negotiations Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase, providing updates, requesting documentation, explaining processes, and maintaining compassionate, consistent communication Communicate with insurance carriers to confirm coverage, provide documentation, track claim status, and assist attorneys in negotiating settlements Maintain organized electronic case files, track deadlines and treatment progress, update case management systems, and ensure all pre-litigation milestones are met efficiently Uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and compliance with all applicable legal rules, firm policies, and regulatory requirements At TopDog Law, everyone is expected to think critically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their work.
