**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide technical support to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the machine in order to deliver the desired production quantity and quality.
- Participate in the maintenance of all machines according to the maintenance plan.
- Control waste and work on reducing its amount.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of machines.
- Ensure safety and hygiene in the area and on the machine under responsibility.
- Comply with occupational safety, health, and environmental rules.
- Complete and timely fill in the reports and checklists as defined in the procedures.
- Complete the tasks defined in the IWS workflows within the shift:

- Centerline
- Clean, Inspect & Lubricate
- Defect Handling
- Incident Elimination
- Changeover
- Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
- Change Management
- DDS
- Shiftly DDS

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**: **Context / Environment**: It is expected to operate SMD machines or equipment without any problems.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Minimum of a technical high school diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within the Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge of production machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Skilled in handling mechanical parts and using measuring equipment.
- Capability to follow established procedures and forms.
