Compensation$36.00
- $45.00 per hour, with incentive programs. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems to manufacturer specifications.
- Background in all aspects of vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Complete brake and hydraulic repair experience.
- Diagnose exhaust systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Primary and/or advanced fuel ignition experience.
- Electrical, suspension & alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems expertise.
- Appropriately explain technical diagnoses and required repairs to non‑mechanical individuals.
- Lead the shop as a Shop Leader by completing the Vehicle Inspection Program, training, and assisting fellow technicians.

Qualifications
- Valid automobile driver’s license at all times and able to pass a DMV motor‑vehicle report for insurance coverage.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of automotive repair experience, completion of a vocational‑technical school program in a related field, or demonstrated skills via third‑party certificates/assessment.
- A.S.E. certification in at least three (3) of the A1–A8 categories is required.
- Maintain all applicable federal, state, and local certifications/licenses.
- Strong ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical individuals.
