Learn more at jnj.com. Market Access Manager – Hematology LA South We are searching for the best talent for the Market Access Manager – Hematology LA South to be in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Purpose The role of this function is to support the development and implementation of market access strategies for core products in Argentina, working through a collaborative approach mainly with Marketing, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Key Account Managers teams. Responsibilities
- Serve as the Market Access focal point in Country Value Team (CVT) meetings for specific product(s) in the Hematology Franchise.
- Support the proper implementation of health economics and market access strategies for payers, including customer facing activities and materials that demonstrate product(s) value proposition.
- Define the needs of health economics data generation aligned with brand strategies and in a collaborative approach with Core Value Team members and Regional Team.
- Lead all aspects of the development of technical dossiers and other technical tools to be used with payers seeking to support the decision‑making process.
- Lead pricing strategy for in‑line and new product launches and develop pricing dossiers, ensuring cross‑functional collaboration with Core Value Team members.
- Work with Advocacy Groups to contribute to capabilities development and better understand the therapeutic areas related to the J&J; Innovative Medicine portfolio. Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Pharmacy, Medicine, Scientific Background, or related areas.
- Mandatory background in Market Access or Health Economics.
- Previous experience in Market Access and solid knowledge of the Argentine healthcare systems.
- Solid experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced English. Preferred Skills
