UX/UI Designer, Internal Portal Services (Mendoza)

As a UX/UI Designer within our Internal Portal Services team, you’ll be responsible for creating a UI that supports marketing strategies and product promotions, such as the Avature website, user conferences portals, and prototypes for demos with potential customers. Your challenges and objectives
- Become an expert on the Avature product to help promote our platform and drive innovation.
- Design effectively and persuasively to increase conversion rates and generate leads and prospects.

Your day-to-day activities
- Conduct research and analysis to improve user engagement with our products.
- Create and iterate on UI prototypes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet their needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, content creation, sales demo, and implementation teams, as well as other roles, such as developers and QA engineers.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes for our design system and methodologies.

About you
- Experience in marketing design and product design.
- Proficiency in UI design, prototyping, and iterative design processes.
- Familiarity with research and analysis techniques to enhance user engagement.

- Ability to work closely with various teams to implement design changes
- Strong collaboration skills to work on cross-team projects involving several stakeholders.
- Advanced oral and written English.
