In this role, you will partner closely with Account Management, Sales, and Technical Leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver top‐tier tech talent. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This position requires a proactive, detail‐oriented professional with a strong understanding of the LATAM tech market and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‐paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across LATAM, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.Partner with Account Management, Sales, and Technical Leaders to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and other innovative sourcing channels.Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience while building long‐term relationships.Represent the company's employer brand through compelling job postings and active engagement on recruiting platforms.Track and manage candidate pipelines within the ATS, ensuring accurate data and timely communication with stakeholders.Use metrics and data insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency and outcomes.Requirements3+ years of experience in high‐volume IT recruitment.Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.Experience working with ATS platforms (Target Recruit is a plus).
