About the PositionDistillery is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across LATAM. In this role, you will partner closely with Account Management, Sales, and Technical Leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver top‑tier tech talent. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This position requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with a strong understanding of the LATAM tech market and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across LATAM, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with Account Management, Sales, and Technical Leaders to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and other innovative sourcing channels.
